Your Mindset = Your Manifestations. The truth is, what you experience on the inside gets mirrored back to you in your external world. If you continuously believe that things won't work out, your outer reality will reflect exactly that. Mindset and manifestation are deeply intertwined. This might feel confronting, but we’re here to offer some real talk with love—because recognizing this pattern is the first step toward reclaiming your personal power.

I'm buying a house right now and a bunch of shit went down for me, which I will tell you in this episode, and it is because the universe was reflecting to me externally what was going on internally and that is mirroring. So we are going to tell you all about that today. So, if you are in a place where you feel like the world is just crashing in on you, chaos is happening, you are not where you want to be. I've been having reflections come left and right really helping me, really humbling me in my life and helping me get clear on what the hell is going on energetically and how I can shift things. So let's talk about the power of reflections mirroring what is it and how we can use it as a tool to get clarity, tap into more self-love and boost our self-esteem and just have general awareness of what the hell is going on.
sara:Yeah, yeah, we need that, we all need that. I think that the universe is always on our side, even when it feels like the universe is not on our side. It is, to know, telling us, feeding us information, feeding us ideas, feeding us the reflection of our inner reality, and it creates this opportunity to shift. And the universe mirrors back what we feel, what we tell ourselves, and that is the power of manifestation. This is why manifestation is such a big thing. This is why people say you can create your dream life overnight. You can shift your beliefs, you can reprogram your mind, all of these things.
sara:Because when you step into the embodiment of desiring something and owning it and creating that as a reality, the universe will mirror that back to you, same way as the universe will mirror back to you when you are doing self-deprecating things, when you are hating on yourself, when you are not showing up for yourself.
sara:So mirroring is just essentially the concept that our external world is representing or reflects our internal state. So if you feel abundant and rich and worthy and capable of all things, the universe will start delivering you opportunities that align with that. You're going to have money come out of nowhere, a job opportunity come out of nowhere. But if you are telling yourself I'm broke, I have nothing, I'm never getting the job that I want, I'm going to be alone forever, the universe is mirroring that back to you. Okay, well then, you're going to end up in relationships with shitty guys. You're going to continue? Okay, well then, you're going to end up in relationships with shitty guys. You're going to continue to be broke. So we are going to talk about how you can use mirroring and your reflections to actually shift your life, rather than in a positive way, rather than continue to, you know, be in cycles that you've been in.
hannnah:Okay, okay, talk your shit. You were just on your soapbox, you were going on. I like it. You're warming up after this third episode. Yes, how you are being towards yourself is how the universe is going to be towards you, how everything around you is going to be towards you. And reflections are situations, things, people that come up in your life as a beautiful lesson, a beautiful light, to show you something about yourself. Okay, so you could think about different situations. Maybe you got a flat tire, or maybe you have this guy that you're dating and he's not giving you any energy. Or maybe you lost your job, or maybe you put a bid on a house and didn't get the dream house that you want.
hannnah:A lot of these examples. Right, if there's something that is triggering to us, that is often a reflection and an opportunity for us to go and look internally. Right, because if we say, you know, there's this example of, oh, I'm dating this guy and I just feel like he's not prioritizing me. I just feel like he's not making time for me, I feel like he's not taking me on dates, you have this trigger in you, that thing, that, this thing that's like super annoying you, that damn, this guy doesn't make time for me. Yes, maybe that might be true, but it's a beautiful reflection and opportunity to look in your own life and say, okay, this guy isn't making time for me. Am I making time for myself? Where, maybe in my life have I not been making time for myself? Right, it's easy to actually shift reflections. It can be right to shift and to clear some of these things, but every single thing that triggers us is an opportunity for us to look and reflect and see how we're being towards ourself in that same way.
sara:Yes, yes, I just had an experience where so I've been on on a hunt to buy a house.
hannnah:I actually have bought a house now, but I she's a homeowner, which I'm so excited about.
sara:She's a homeowner um, so I'm very, very happy about. But I actually had a first house that I fell in love with, that I got super attached to Similar actually run it back to the dating without detachment or with detachment episode, because you need to do everything with detachment. Like I got so attached to this house and I really think that the universe, like post basically what happened I got kind of screwed over in the process, majorly screwed over, and I didn't get the house and I was absolutely devastated. Like it really really, really upset me and now I realize why it all happened. And that's the power of reflection and coming to the knowing that things happen for a reason.
sara:But also I think that during the time when I was bidding on this house and all this was happening, my inner world was a bit chaotic. This house and all this was happening, my inner world was a bit chaotic. There were a lot of things going through my mind. I was not feeling settled, I was not feeling like myself, things were just chaotic. And then this chaos was mirrored to me with what happened with this house and it's the mirroring, but also this thing in the moment where, like, it's the mirroring, but also this thing in the moment where, like, okay, I'm so upset in the moment and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, I'm so attached to this idea, whether it be a relationship, a house, a job or whatever and then it doesn't go right. And in reality it's like it can be also a universal lesson of it didn't go right for a reason. Extreme example for me because of how emotionally caught up I got in it, of how I show up, how I'm showing up is what is going to be reflected back to me.
hannnah:What do you think that like? Do you feel like there was like, like if you were like able to clear that, that it would have worked out, or like I don't know if that or maybe it wasn't meant to be like, yeah, like I'm like it's interesting to think about. Like, if you're able to clear reflections, like that block within you, like are you able to get whatever it is that you want, or like why that thing showed you know what I'm saying?
sara:is that you want, or like, why that thing showed you?
sara:know, what I'm saying Totally, because I think, in certain situations yes, absolutely, because I think that we do get in our own way all the time I also think what's meant for us won't miss us. So, to me, no, I don't think that this was right. This particular situation was right, so I think that it was going to happen how it happened regardless. But, yeah, I just feel I don't know. I feel like it's complicated. That's complicated because I do really feel like what is meant for us will be for us. You know what I mean. But I also think that we can not necessarily miss out on opportunities, but we can turn a blind eye to opportunities or things that could actually be serving us because of our internal world.
hannnah:Yeah, so how I'm thinking and understanding about reflections and it's interesting because I don't know if we we talk about this but I don't know if we've I've been learning some more about reflections, so curious if your understanding of reflections is the same. But like thinking about the things that trigger us and then getting clear, right, the emotional state, the emotional imbalance, right, like, okay, I'm triggered. I feel like it usually comes from like a self-worth or like self-image thing, sometimes right, with some some things. And if we can directly see, like, okay, this situation is happening in my life, right, this is causing an emotional trigger in me, how can I take a look at what's triggering me and then look and see, like, where this is showing up in different areas of my life?
hannnah:So, like, so many different areas of life right Like it could be career, it could be relationships, it could be health, it could be mental, spiritual, like friends and family, right? So like let's say, for example you know I'm having this trigger of, or this reflection constantly repeat in my life of um, I don't want to use a dating example I'm tired of using, I'm not dating for at the moment. So I'm like we'll talk about that later.
sara:Let's talk.
hannnah:I feel like I always talk about like entrepreneurship and dating. So we're going to shift and talk about, like my life. Let's talk about health. Okay, let's say that I keep having this trigger of not being able to lose weight, right? So if I think about like emotionally, like what that means, about like self-esteem and like my self image, like, okay, I'm holding onto this weight, okay, where in other areas of my life am I holding onto this extra baggage that I need to let go of?
hannnah:Right and then I can go and say like, okay, mentally maybe I'm hanging on to a lot of things of the past, like energetically, where am I hanging on to things? So I feel like that's just like an example of how we can look at like just simple reflections that maybe are coming up that are triggering us. Damn, I'm freaking so annoyed that I can't drop these last 10 pounds of my life. Physically I know that my closet is literally exploding and I need to drop so many things from my closet and release and let go. Mentally, I know that there are things that are weighing me down and holding on at the subconscious level that I know I need to let go of. Curious from your perspective. Do you see that similarly in your life? When you have reflections to kind of look into different areas, how do you kind of clear the reflection and kind of work through so it doesn't continue to show up in your life?
sara:Yeah, I think that there are so many overarching patterns and themes that show up in multiple different areas in our lives and themes that show up in multiple different areas in our lives and I think for myself, I have always I've definitely significantly decreased this in my life but been a quote, unquote overreactor of things. And now that I'm living and am around my parents, living near and am around my parents all the time, like whew, I see why.
sara:I see why Because I just actually listened to this podcast episode with I'm forgetting his name, but he wrote this book about being like addicted to drama and not drama in the way that like you, like, not like fabricated, like fights with friends and like you know, but just like the concept of drama in life and I think so many people are addicted to drama Probably the large, large majority of people are addicted to chaos and things going wrong and that they actually manifest this into their lives, which is a mirror right. So for myself, like I see and the house is a good example, but I was talking about earlier that I have this, you know, experience I had in childhood I saw my parents overreact to a lot of things, be just really like creating, like stories, creating things to be bigger deals than they need to be, and I have carried that into my life. And then I have shown up in all different aspects of my life my relationships, my career, my personal growth and, you know, my own day-to-day life, my health, like just a bunch of different themes, like this overarching theme, I should say, sits in all these different areas of my life, and so this is something that I'm working on clearing right now, and I've had this, like I've had awareness of this for years, but I feel like my awareness is becoming even, you know, there's like an awareness scale where then it's just like, okay, eyes are wide open, I see it, it's showing up here. It's showing up here, and how can I, you know, start to really tone it down and actually take sustainable shifts to change this? So, yeah, how do we do that? Let's talk about that.
hannnah:Well, I feel like it's one, having the awareness right. Everything, every fricking thing, starts with awareness. You need to be aware of the pattern in order to change it and to morph it into something that you want to feel right. So, if it's constantly showing up, maybe tackling the bigger ones first, like yeah, vulnerable, very vulnerable, but there I've been recently like aware of this, like idea that I don't feel chosen, that this has been coming up in my life, and so for me, what this looks like is how can I choose myself? Right? Stop looking for other people to choose me. How can I choose myself in every single area of my life, like physically? How can I choose myself to nurture my body, to go exercise, to eat the best food possible, to slow down and be present and tap into my heart energy, right? How can I choose myself physically? How can I choose myself in my career? Right? Maybe I need to let go of clients, which I have done in the past two weeks.
hannnah:I let go of clients. I chose myself, I chose what was going to make me happy. I changed my offers, I chose what felt the best right In relationship, what feels best. How can I choose myself? How can I put myself first? How can I have clear, healthy boundaries, like for me, it's a lot right now, of like physical. It's a lot right now of like physical, also mixed with energetics, of like in mental practice. Of like physically, like making different moves, but also mentally and energetically just loving the fuck out of who I am.
hannnah:Um, that's how I change. That's how I change something and how I'm rewiring and rebuilding my self-love and self-esteem and seeing my value. I feel like it comes down to a lot of that. It's just like seeing how valuable you are and then rewiring that belief, constantly finding evidence of why that's true. Right, go back to episode 146 to learn about subconscious reprogramming. But it's the act of rewiring. And I had just such a beautiful moment yesterday in the car yesterday I had such a good day. But, like you know, like when you like first like would date someone, like the energy you would feel, like you'd feel like so happy and like so excited, like think about when you and Leslie started dating, like that excitement that you feel, like so much joy.
hannnah:I was feeling that yesterday and I'm not, I'm not dating anyone. I was just feeling it in myself. I'm like I'm fucking choosing me, like everything is working out Like things like just like things in business, and like health and like friendships, like and I felt such joy for choosing myself, like the past few weeks, and yeah, it's it's, yeah, it's been very intentional.
sara:That's so beautiful.
sara:And because of that, now the universe is going to mirror back to you opportunities that align with that, experiences that align with that, and that is the biggest thing to take away from this episode. Definitely go listen to the past episode, because these are very connected in terms of mirroring and shifting, reprogramming your subconscious mind. But the most important takeaway is what you feel internally will be reflected to you externally over and over and over, until you learn the lesson, make the shift, open your heart, change your narrative. Whatever you need to do, the universe will keep delivering, in a good or a bad way, what you believe about yourself, what you believe about yourself, and you have the power and the capability of making these shifts.
